These terms cover your use of sellwithmaple.com and the services Maple provides. By using this site or working with us, you agree to them.
Using this website
You may use this site to learn about Maple and contact us. Please do not try to break, overload or misuse the site, copy its content for commercial use, or send spam through our forms.
Our services
Maple provides Amazon services such as PPC ads management, listings and A+ content, brand stores and creatives, catalog and account operations, reporting, and full account management. The exact scope, price and deliverables for each client are agreed in writing (email counts) before work starts.
Free audit
Our free 20 point audit is offered with no obligation to buy. We aim to deliver it within 24 hours of receiving everything we need, but the timing is a target, not a promise. The audit is our professional opinion based on the data available to us.
Fees and payment
- Plans are billed monthly in advance in US dollars unless we agree otherwise.
- Prices on this site start from the listed amount. Your final price depends on your account and scope.
- Your Amazon ad spend is paid by you directly to Amazon and is separate from our fees.
- If a payment is late, we may pause work until it is paid.
Month to month and cancelling
Our plans run month to month. You can cancel at any time by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for. We do not refund fees for a month that has already started.
Your responsibilities
- Give us the account access, product information and approvals we need, on time.
- Make sure your products, claims and business follow Amazon’s policies and the law.
- Tell us about any account warnings, policy issues or changes that could affect our work.
- Approve ad budgets and major changes before they go live, where we ask you to.
Account access
You keep full ownership and control of your Amazon accounts at all times. You give us access through Amazon’s user permissions and can remove it whenever you like. When our work ends, you keep all listings, content, campaigns and dashboards we made for you.
Results
We work hard to grow your sales and improve your numbers, and we share real examples of results on this site. But Amazon results depend on many things outside our control, such as competition, Amazon policy changes, stock levels, pricing and reviews. So we cannot guarantee any specific result, ranking, sales figure or ACoS.
Amazon
Maple is an independent agency. We are not owned by or acting on behalf of Amazon. Amazon and related marks belong to Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Partner badges shown on this site belong to the companies that issued them.
Confidentiality
We keep your business information, data and strategy private and only use it to do your work. We will not share it with anyone else unless you agree or the law requires it.
Intellectual property
The content, design and branding of this website belong to Maple. Once you have paid for our work, the listings, creatives and other content we make for you belong to you.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Maple is not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost data or account suspensions caused by things outside our control. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, unless we agree in writing to resolve it another way.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. For active clients, any change that affects your agreement will be shared with you first.
