This policy explains what personal data Maple collects when you use sellwithmaple.com or work with us, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. We keep it short and plain.

Who we are

Maple is an Amazon services agency run by Vaibhav Chitte. We help brands with Amazon advertising, listings, A+ content, brand stores, catalog work and reporting. What we collect

We only collect what we need to reply to you and do our work.

Details you send us. When you fill in a form on this site we collect your name, email, phone number, Amazon storefront URL or ASIN, revenue range, your biggest challenge and any message you write.
Client account data. If you hire us, you give us access to your Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central or Amazon Ads account. We see the data inside those accounts, such as sales, ad spend, listings and reports.
Basic technical data. Like most websites, our server records things like your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. This helps us keep the site secure and working.

How we use it

To reply to your message and prepare your free audit.
To deliver the services you pay for and report on results.
To send you invoices and service updates.
To protect the site from spam and abuse.
To see which pages and tools are useful, so we can improve them.
To improve our website and services.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your Amazon account data for anything other than the work you hired us for.

Services we rely on

We use a small number of trusted providers to run this site and our business. They only get the data they need to do their job.

Hostinger hosts this website.
Google Analytics shows us how visitors find and use the site, such as pages viewed and forms sent. Google’s Privacy Policy applies to it.
Microsoft Clarity shows us how people move through our pages (clicks, scrolling and anonymous session replays) so we can fix confusing parts. It hides what you type in forms. Microsoft’s Privacy Statement applies to it.
Calendly handles call bookings when you click Book a call.
Email providers deliver form submissions and our replies to you.
Amazon tools and approved Amazon partner tools (such as Helium 10 or Jungle Scout) may be used to analyse and manage client accounts.

Cookies

This site uses a few cookies and similar browser storage that it needs to work, such as remembering that you verified your email on our free tools. We also use analytics cookies from Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used. They do not tell us who you are. If you visit from Europe or the UK, these analytics cookies only run after you click Accept on the cookie bar. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months so we can follow up on your request. We keep client records for as long as we work together and for as long as tax and accounting laws require after that. When we no longer need data, we delete it.

Keeping your data safe

We use secure connections (HTTPS), strong passwords and limited access to keep your data safe. When you give us access to your Amazon account, we use Amazon’s own user permission system so you can remove our access at any time. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

See the personal data we hold about you.
Ask us to correct it.
Ask us to delete it.
Object to how we use it or ask us to stop.
Get a copy of it in a common format.

To do any of this, email v.chitte@sellwithmaple.com. We will reply within 30 days. If you are in India, the EU, the UK, the US or Canada, you also have the rights given by your local privacy laws, and you can complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
